Full Mouth Reconstruction Case Studies

This client presented with very worn, ageing dentition. He was unhappy with the aesthetics of his old fashioned upper 4 crowns, the colour of his teeth and was concerned that his lower teeth were becoming very thin and sensitive. He also didn't like the fact that he couldn't see much of his lower teeth and was concerned with the unsightly gum recession associated with the old crowns. Thankfully, before the extent of tooth wear became too excessive, we was able to completely restore the mouth without the loss of any teeth. After carrying out a full smile design with the client, we firstly carried out some gum recontouring and then restored the dentition with a combination of 20 units of crown and veneer work in order to produce the brighter, whiter, wider, smile that the client requested but with an improved stability that the function of the teeth needed for the long term success.
