This young patient had traumatised a front tooth and unfortunately it could not be saved. An implant was placed and the final crown was a long lasting solution to restore her smile.
This patient had suffered for many years with gum disease. Her lower teeth had become loose, painful, and beyond the point of repair. Here we placed implants which firmly anchor a new lower denture. Using implants resulted in a much more stable denture which allowed the patient to choose whatever she wanted to eat with confidence.
After an accident on a football pitch, this young gentleman lost his two upper front teeth, damaged others and was left with a removable partial denture. Unhappy having to wear such an appliance in his mid 20’s this patient attended The Cosmetic Dental Clinic to explore his options. We restored his smile and confidence as shown and all parties were delighted with the end result. The process from start to finish took only 4 appointments.
This before and after case reflects how we restored both aesthetics and function to this patient using a lower acrylic denture.
