Where are you located?
We have two clinics, one in Newcastle and one in Durham.
Newcastle – 2, Old, Eldon Square, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 7JG
Durham – 7 Old Elvet, Durham DH1 3HL
What are your office hours?
Newcastle – The Newcastle clinic is open Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm, Saturday from 8:30 am to 5 pm, and closed on Sunday.
Durham – Our Durham clinic is open on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:45 am to 7 pm, and on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 am to 5 pm and closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
How can I schedule an appointment?

Can I visit either location, or do I need to stay with one?
We have a range of dentists who offer services at both practices; if your dentist works at both locations, you can choose to be seen at the clinic that best suits you at the time of booking.
How do I know if I’m a good candidate for cosmetic dental treatment?

Do you accept new patients?
Yes, we accept new patients, to book an appointment please head to our booking page.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you are unable to attend any appointments, please contact the practice and we will happily re-arrange these for you. Appointments which are cancelled at short notice (less than 24 hours notice of the appointment) or appointments that are not attended are subject to a fee of £2 per minute for the duration of the appointment.

We do not have onsite parking; however, our central location provides access to numerous nearby car parks for your use.
Where is the nearest car park located?
The nearest car park is the Eldon Square Multi-Storey, located just a 4-minute walk away. – parking charges do apply.
Is the clinic accessible by public transport?
Yes, due to our central location, the clinic is easily accessible via public transport, including the metro, train and bus routes.

Costs & Insurance
How much do cosmetic dental treatments cost?
General price ranges for common services are available on our website. However, please note that quotes for specific treatment plans will require a consultation.
Do you offer payment plans or financing?
0% finance is available on sums of £2,000 or greater and plans are available over 6,10, 12 and 24 months. Plans are subject to credit checks. Our reception team can advise you of fees and provide an application form should you be interested in this option. Example: Finance for £2,000, interest free for 12 months would be 12 equal payments of £166.66 (subject to status)
How much is a consultation?
A patient consultation is priced at £69.
