10:30 AM – Milling in Our On-Site Lab Your crown design is sent directly to our in-house milling unit, where a solid block of premium ceramic is precision-carved into your custom crown. This isn’t outsourced or sent away—it happens right here in our clinic. The milling process takes approximately 15-20 minutes, during which you can relax with refreshments or catch up on emails.

11:00 AM – Characterisation and Glazing Dr Stafford personally adds custom characterisation to match your natural tooth shade perfectly. The crown is then glazed and fired in our porcelain oven, achieving a natural lustre and incredible strength that rivals traditional lab-made crowns.

11:30 AM – Final Fitting Your permanent crown is tried in and checked for perfect fit and bite. Minor adjustments are made if needed (rare with digital precision), and the crown is permanently bonded to your tooth.

12:00 PM – Completion You leave with your permanent crown fully fitted—no temporaries, no return visits, no dietary restrictions. You can eat normally immediately and get on with your life.
