Dr Elle graduated from Newcastle University Dental School in 2012 with a Bachelors of Dental Surgery and Merit in clinical dentistry. She then went on to attain a Diploma from the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh gaining membership to the Faculty of Dental Surgery.

She has completed orthodontic training in Invisalign and Quick Straight Smile. She has a keen interest in minimally invasive dentistry completing Totally Composite with Monic Vasant and Mini Smile Make Over courses. In 2021 she continued her commitment to her education in cosmetic dentistry completing a Post Graduate Certificate with Tipton Training in Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry.
